Role Overview:

The RevOps Manager will play a pivotal role in streamlining and optimizing our revenue operations processes. The role will be responsible for aligning sales, marketing, and operational strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance overall efficiency.


Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize the end-to-end sales and marketing funnel, from lead generation to revenue realization, while incorporating identified opportunities for revenue growth.

  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operational teams to define and implement processes, workflows, and tools that enhance productivity, streamline and automate processes, drive revenue growth, and improve customer lifecycle.

  • Lead initiatives to improve data quality, accuracy, process adherence, and consistency across sales and marketing systems, incorporating recommendations for tools to enhance data quality, analysis, and reporting.

  • Drive a team of support functions to assist in the execution of key responsibilities, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration across various functions.

  • Analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.

  • Manage and administer sales and marketing technology stack, including CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and marketing automation platforms, recommending tools and integrations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams on sales and marketing operations best practices.

  • Drive alignment between sales, marketing, and growth teams to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to revenue operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Background in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations roles within a SaaS environment.

  • Proven experience acting as a liaison between a variety of departments and stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and turn them into actionable strategies.

  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience and a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives to successful outcomes.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
